១. សេចក្តីផ្តើម
ប្រព័ន្ធគ្រប់គ្រងវត្ដមានមន្រ្ដី (ហៅកាត់ថា "AMS-Co") ត្រូវបានបង្កើតឡើង និងគ្រប់គ្រងដោយគណៈចាត់តាំង ក្នុងគោលបំណងកត់ត្រា និងគ្រប់គ្រងវត្តមានរបស់មន្ត្រីតាមរយៈបច្ចេកវិទ្យាឌីជីថល។
យើងខ្ញុំប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តខ្ពស់ក្នុងការការពារព័ត៌មានផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន និងឯកជនភាពរបស់លោកអ្នក។ នយោបាយឯកជនភាពនេះ ពន្យល់អំពីរបៀបដែលប្រព័ន្ធរបស់យើងខ្ញុំប្រមូល ប្រើប្រាស់ និងរក្សាទុកព័ត៌មានរបស់លោកអ្នក នៅពេលលោកអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់កម្មវិធីទូរសព្ទដៃ ឬគេហទំព័ររបស់យើងខ្ញុំ។
២. ព័ត៌មានដែលយើងខ្ញុំប្រមូល
ដើម្បីឱ្យកម្មវិធីដំណើរការទៅបានដោយរលូន និងមានសុវត្ថិភាព យើងខ្ញុំប្រមូលព័ត៌មានដូចខាងក្រោម៖
- ព័ត៌មានគណនីមន្ត្រី៖ ឈ្មោះ លេខទូរសព្ទ ផ្នែក/ដេប៉ាតឺម៉ង់ តួនាទី រូបថតមន្ត្រី និងគណនីតេឡេក្រាម (ប្រសិនបើភ្ជាប់)។
- ព័ត៌មានឧបករណ៍៖ ម៉ូដែលទូរសព្ទ ប្រព័ន្ធប្រតិបត្តិការ (OS Version) និង លេខកូដសម្គាល់ឧបករណ៍ (Unique Device Token/Code) ដើម្បីចុះឈ្មោះ និងផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ឧបករណ៍សម្រាប់ប្រើប្រាស់។
- ទិន្នន័យទីតាំង (Location Data)៖ នៅពេលលោកអ្នកធ្វើការស្កេន QR កូដវត្តមាន ឬកត់ត្រាវត្តមានតាមទូរសព្ទ កម្មវិធីអាចនឹងស្នើសុំចូលប្រើប្រាស់ទីតាំងឧបករណ៍ (GPS) របស់លោកអ្នក ដើម្បីផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ថាការកត់ត្រាវត្តមានត្រូវបានធ្វើឡើងនៅក្នុងបរិវេណស្ថាប័នដែលបានកំណត់។
បញ្ជាក់៖ ទិន្នន័យទីតាំងត្រូវបានប្រើប្រាស់ និងផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់តែមួយដងគត់នៅពេលលោកអ្នកចុចកត់ត្រាវត្តមាន (Clock-in/out)។ កម្មវិធីនឹងមិនតាមដានទីតាំងរបស់លោកអ្នកនៅផ្ទៃខាងក្រោយ (Background) នោះឡើយ។
៣. គោលបំណងនៃការប្រើប្រាស់ទិន្នន័យ
យើងខ្ញុំប្រើប្រាស់ព័ត៌មានដែលបានប្រមូលក្នុងគោលបំណង៖
- កត់ត្រា និងគ្រប់គ្រងវត្តមាន ម៉ោងចូល-ចេញ និងការសុំអនុញ្ញាតច្បាប់ ឬបេសកកម្មរបស់មន្ត្រី។
- ធានាសុវត្ថិភាពគណនី ដោយអនុញ្ញាតឱ្យគណនីម្នាក់ៗអាចប្រើប្រាស់បានតែលើឧបករណ៍ដែលបានចុះឈ្មោះស្របច្បាប់ប៉ុណ្ណោះ។
- ផ្ញើរបាយការណ៍ និងការជូនដំណឹងអំពីវត្តមានទៅកាន់ក្រុមការងារពាក់ព័ន្ធ ឬក្រុម Telegram ផ្លូវការរបស់ស្ថាប័ន។
- ដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាបច្ចេកទេស និងកែលម្អគុណភាពសេវាកម្ម។
៤. ការរក្សាទុក និងសុវត្ថិភាពទិន្នន័យ
រាល់ទិន្នន័យទាំងអស់ត្រូវបានរក្សាទុកយ៉ាងមានសុវត្ថិភាពនៅក្នុងម៉ាស៊ីនមេ (Servers) ផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់ស្ថាប័នគណៈចាត់តាំង។ យើងខ្ញុំប្រើប្រាស់វិធានការបច្ចេកវិទ្យាសម្ងាត់ និងការផ្ទៀងផ្ទាត់ភាពត្រឹមត្រូវ ដើម្បីការពារទិន្នន័យពីការចូលប្រើប្រាស់ដោយគ្មានការអនុញ្ញាត ការបាត់បង់ ឬការកែប្រែដោយខុសច្បាប់។
យើងខ្ញុំប្តេជ្ញាថា មិនលក់ ចែករំលែក ឬផ្ទេរ ទិន្នន័យផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនរបស់លោកអ្នកទៅកាន់តតិយភាគី (ភាគីខាងក្រៅ) ណាមួយឡើយ លើកលែងតែមានការតម្រូវដោយច្បាប់ជាធរមាន។
៥. សិទ្ធិរបស់មន្ត្រីលើទិន្នន័យ
លោកអ្នកមានសិទ្ធិដូចខាងក្រោមទាក់ទងនឹងទិន្នន័យផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន៖
- ពិនិត្យមើល និងស្នើសុំធ្វើបច្ចុប្បន្នភាពព័ត៌មានផ្ទាល់ខ្លួនដែលមិនត្រឹមត្រូវ។
- ស្នើសុំលុប ឬដកការចុះឈ្មោះឧបករណ៍ចាស់ចោល (Revoke/Revoke All Mobile Devices) តាមរយៈការទាក់ទងទៅកាន់អ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងប្រព័ន្ធ (System Administrator)។
- ស្នើសុំពិនិត្យមើលប្រវត្តិនៃការកត់ត្រាវត្តមានរបស់ខ្លួនឯងបានគ្រប់ពេលវេលា។
៦. ទំនាក់ទំនង
ប្រសិនបើលោកអ្នកមានសំណួរ មតិយោបល់ ឬចង់អនុវត្តសិទ្ធិទាក់ទងនឹងឯកជនភាពនេះ សូមទាក់ទងមកកាន់អ្នកគ្រប់គ្រងបច្ចេកទេសរបស់គណៈចាត់តាំងផ្ទាល់។
1. Introduction
The Officer Attendance Management System (referred to as "AMS-Co") is developed and managed by the Organizing Committee to record and manage officer attendance digitally.
We are highly committed to protecting your personal information and privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how our system collects, uses, and stores your information when you use our mobile application or web portal.
2. Information We Collect
To ensure the application runs smoothly and securely, we collect the following information:
- Officer Account Information: Name, phone number, department/institution, role, profile photo, and Telegram ID/username (if linked).
- Device Information: Device model, operating system (OS version), and a Unique Device Token/Code used to register and authenticate the device for secure access.
- Location Data: When scanning a QR code or checking in/out via the app, the system may request access to your device's location (GPS) to verify that the check-in occurs within the designated premises of the institution.
Note: Location data is verified on-demand only at the precise moment you log your attendance (Clock-in/out). The application does NOT track or monitor your location in the background.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To log and manage attendance, entry-exit timings, leaves, and missions of officers.
- To secure account access, ensuring that each officer can only sign in using their officially registered device.
- To send attendance logs and alerts to relevant administrators or official Telegram groups within the organization.
- To troubleshoot technical issues and improve overall system stability.
4. Data Security and Retention
All collected data is stored securely on the private servers owned and controlled by the Organizing Committee. We apply modern encryption and authentication protocols to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
We guarantee that we do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to any external third parties unless explicitly required by applicable laws.
5. Your Rights Over Your Data
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Review and request corrections to any inaccurate personal details.
- Request the system administrator to revoke or delete old device registrations (Revoke/Revoke All Mobile Devices).
- Access and view your own attendance history at any time.
